These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Sections Puzzle at sectionspuzzle.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

Sections is a free daily logic puzzle game provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or copy content at scale, or misuse the service in any way.

Accounts

You may play without an account, or create one to sync your progress across devices. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising, including ads served by Google. Some ads are optional and you may choose to watch them in exchange for in-game benefits such as continuing a game. Watching optional ads is never required to play. Your use of the Site in connection with advertising is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its puzzles, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Sections Puzzle and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without permission, except for personal use such as printing puzzles for your own enjoyment.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sections Puzzle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
